General SEM Analysis

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SAMPLE SUBMISSION

1. Submit files and form

Please submit the necessary SDS, NDA or supporting documents along with the completed questionnaire to our Sales Adminitration team at sales@nask.hk.

2. Confirm quotation

After submitting this questionnaire, our Sales Administration team will acknowledge your submission. You will be issued a quote that identifies cost, instruction for payment, shipping information and estimated lead time for testing.  

Note: typical lead-time for testing is 2-3 weeks.

3. Ship the sample

After you have confirmed your quote and made payment, you will be instructed to send your sample to our working place. 

 ** Do not send samples before payment**

4. Conditional acceptance of samples

Sample will be accepted only with a valid payment.  Please attached a copy of payment receipt or bank notice and invoice along with the sample.  Profit Royal Pharmaceutical Limited ("PTRL") and NASK Technology Company Limited ("NASK") reserves the right to reject samples sent without the required documents.

1. Use of SEM analysis

The SEM/EDS analysis services offered are designed solely for research and informational use. Although Profit Royal Pharmaceutical Limited ("PTRL") makes every effort to ensure that the results are accurate and reliable, PTRL cannot guarantee particular outcomes or interpretations of the data. PTRL recommends that users seek advice from qualified professionals for any important decisions that may rely on the analysis.

2. Responsibility of preparing samples

Customers are responsible for providing samples that meet PTRL’s preparation guidelines. PTRL recommends that all samples be properly labeled and stored in clean containers to minimize contamination. The laboratory will not be liable for any issues arising from improper sample handling or contamination.

3. Responsibility of compensation

In no event shall PTRL’s laboratory be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of SEM analysis services or reliance on any information provided therein.

4. Confidentiality

Customers are prohibited from disclosing the name of PTRL (neither PTRL nor NASK) in any reports, publications, or future uses of the SEM analysis results. This confidentiality requirement ensures the protection of proprietary information and maintains the integrity of PTRL’s services. Any unauthorized disclosure may result in legal action.

5. Risk of undeclared characteristics

If the customer does not declare the nature of the sample when placing the order, resulting in the sample being unable to complete SEM analysis due to its inherent characteristics, our company will not be responsible for this, and any payments made and samples delivered will not be returned to the customer.
